Voicemail
If you do miss a call voicemail will ensure the message is taken accurately and kept safely until you can retrieve it. Our voicemail solution can also be integrated with your e-mail.
Mobility
Samsung has a variety of ‘Mobility’ solutions so that you can have what you need, not what we’ve designed: Cordless Phones around the office, WiFi for the telephone and PC around the site, PC Soft Phones for your laptop, OfficeServ Connect so any location can be an extension, MobEx so your mobile phones can be set-up as extensions
Call Management Reports
If you can’t measure, then you can’t manage. Samsung Call Management reports show you exactly how your telephone system is being used by whom and when. Reports show total telephone usage or break it down by Division, Dept or by extension, they measure incoming and outgoing traffic at different times of the day and most importantly will measure any missed calls.
Call Recording
Now being deployed more and more, Call Recording protects your staff from ‘abuse’ and your company from any disregard to verbal agreements / instructions. Two huge benefits but at the same time you’ll find staff are more professional and efficient on the phone and where they aren’t specific training can be provided.
Remote Extensions
Samsung has the simplest to deploy ‘Remote Extension’ solution available. IP extensions and IP Phones can be set-up allowing members of staff to work away from the office but appear to be on an extension, at a desk in the building.
ACD
Any company receiving a high volume of calls, wants to know that they are being quickly and efficiently distributed and dealt with by appropriate members of the team. Our ACD package not only ensures this happens but it also provides reports confirming agents are handling workloads within SLA’s.
Hotel
Hotels have a specific need to integrate their telephone system with a Front of House hotel management system. At Samsung we can provide either the Front of House package itself or just the integration.
